Don’t miss writer/director Noboru Iguchi buying generic cialis mexico rx live in person for the Montreal Premiere of his revisionist take on the 70s TV series Electroid Zaborger 7!

“PART MOTORCYCLE, PART KARATE EXPERT, ALL ROBOT! WHEN THE SAFETY OF THE WORLD IS AT STAKE, ZABORGAR WILL SAVE THE DAY!”

Fans of Japanese tokusatsu – Spectreman, Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Kikaider and the like – won’t want to miss this reworking of the classic 1974 Japanese TV series Electroid Zaborger 7 from the director of  Machine Girl and Mutant Girls Squad! The most ambitious Sushi Typhoon project to date, Karate-Robo Zaborgar stars Furuhara Yasuhisa as Yukata Daimon, the heroic protagonist who – along with his motorcycle-turned-robotic -sidekick – must defeat the evil scientist who killed his father!

Staying true to the spirit of the original series (which includes eschewing CGI in favour of time-honoured methods of animating the robotics) but with a smattering of self-referential adult humour thrown in for contemporary audiences, Karate-Robo Zaborgar is a fast-paced, loving ode to the Japanese super hero tradition.
