GARY PANTER CUSTOM DRAWINGS!

Brooklyn-based graphic artist Gary Panter – the man behind various incarnations of the Pee Wee Herman aesthetic (he designed Pee Wee’s Playhouse, associated merchandise, stageshows etc), apocalyptic punk comic JIMBO and the artwork for seminal punk bands The Screamers, The Germs and others – knows that the thousands of dollars his fine art commands in galleries isn’t exactly in the budget range of many of his fans. So he’s set up something on his website that is pretty unique (and I wish other artists would follow suit): he sells custom made 6” X 8” drawings for a mere $225 US. You send him up to three words, and he free-associates, creating an original piece of artwork just for canadian online pharmacy no prescription needed you! I even bought one myself! (see below)

Check out the ‘shop’ section of his website HERE for details. This is really one of the coolest deals around for fans who aren’t part of the cocktail crowd.

And check out Fantagraphics Books for many of Panter’s comix and art books HERE.
